Christmas break is finally here! I'm both happy for the break, and sad that some of my classes are over.

My first semester at college went well for the most part. I have decided to change my art major to an art minor. It looks like I will major in Modern Foreign Languages with a concentration in Italian and hopefully Arabic. I am tempted to be a religion major though...

Now that break is here, I finally have some free time to do more of the art work I've wanted to do and upload some of the stuff I did for my classes. I haven't put anything up in ages, so there is several things to come in the next week or so.

I have to say, my drawing class has helped me improve dramatically, even if it almost killed me in the process. I now actually have the ability to draw things in perspective, and I can draw a bit quicker.

I also finally have some time to read. If your looking for something festive and apocalyptic (aside from the bible), I highly suggest you go out and track down The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore and It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Zombies: A Book of Zombie Christmas Carols by Mike Spradlin. They certainly make my spirits bright.

Oh, and I got to go out into the country and actually see stars for the first time in my life last night. Absolutely amazing night.
